Our plants are equipped with machinery of reputed make such as Low & High tonnage presses including progressive & transfer presses from Schuler, ISGEC, etc. and robotic welding machines from ABB, Kuka, etc.
We use world-class processes such as line simulation, single piece flow and poka-yoke to avoid any errors even at high volumes. Most of the components manufactured by us are shipped Direct-On-Line (DOL) to our customers. We ensure product reliability through the latest testing technologies such as ultrasonic weld testing and 3-axis CMM.
We also use automated checking gauges whereby the sensors automatically identify defective parts.
