Reliable has established seven facilities across India over the last 3 decades where we successfully manufacture a wide range of products, including skin components such as doors & fenders, structural components such as torsion beams, chassis components & underbody profiles and critical assemblies such as cross-car beams, engine plates and pedal assemblies. Our latest technology and low-cost automation reduce the turnaround time from design to development.
We are equipped with the best-in-class CNC machines, presses, robotic welding machines, quality testing laboratories and prototype manufacturing & testing facilities.

Reliable boasts of a dedicated Paint shop for Tractor Axle Beams. Our Paint Shop meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and safety

It is capable of painting 35 beams per hour

We have expertise in axle beam assembly for tractors. The assembly requires very high precision and the tolerance limits are often limited to a few microns

Our dedicated setup for axle beam assembly is equipped with robotic and manual welding stations, boring & drilling SPMs, bush pressing machines and checking fixtures

We have a dedicated conveyorised shot blasting machine for Axle Beam assembly

We also offer shot blasting, CED coating, powder coating, etc. (through our vendor partners) for other components

TESTING FACILITY

All our plants are equipped with 3 Axis CMM laboratories. The CMM measures the geometry of physical objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe​

This enables us to continuously validate the accuracy and precision of the produced components with the customer’s requirements

A salt spray test is used to test the corrosion resistance of the product. The testing method uses high-saline conditions to measure the strength of the products, paints and coatings over extended periods

An in-house test facility not only helps us to reduce the overall turnaround time but also gives us an assurance about the calibration of the machine and accuracy of the results
