DIE DESIGNING
We design dies for draw, trim, pierce, flange, restrike, cam flange, cam trim and cam pierce operations. They are suitable for single-action, double-action, transfer and tandem press lines.
Our Design Centre is led by proficient designers having hands-on experience in designing tools using software such as NX, Autodesk, Think3, Pro-E, CATIA.

TOOLING DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Our Tooling Development Centre in Nashik is a state-of-the-art design facility with a strength of 35 highly skilled design engineers with hands-on design experience in CAD-CAM software such as Catia V5, Siemens Nx, Pro-E, Inventor, Think3, Hyper Mesh, LS-Dyna and Radios.

Our design capabilities are complemented by the Die Shop Centre infrastructure, offering a wide range of flexibility and variations through the use of precision-controlled VMCs from Okuma, Hartford, SNK & N Correa.
It also houses an 800 Tonnes tryout press, dedicated spotting press, assembly shop, and an inspection facility.
