We specialize in innovative die designing, die forming and die manufacturing solutions for our customers globally through our in-house Die Manufacturing Centres. These centres are equipped with world-class technologies and are led by highly qualified experts.
DIE DESIGNING
We design dies for draw, trim, pierce, flange, restrike, cam flange, cam trim and cam pierce operations. They are suitable for single-action, double-action, transfer and tandem press lines.
Our Design Centre is led by proficient designers having hands-on experience in designing tools using software such as NX, Autodesk, Think3, Pro-E, CATIA.
FORMABILITY ANALYSIS
We ensure error-free product development through rigorous formability analysis as part of the die-design process.
All sheet metal panels are analysed using software like Hyperform-Radios, LS-Dyna and Fast Form and an optimised blank size is generated. This reduces turnaround time and product manufacturing costs creating additional value for our customers.

TOOLING DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
Our Tooling Development Centre in Nashik is a state-of-the-art design facility with a strength of 35 highly skilled design engineers with hands-on design experience in CAD-CAM software such as Catia V5, Siemens Nx, Pro-E, Inventor, Think3, Hyper Mesh, LS-Dyna and Radios.

Our design capabilities are complemented by the Die Shop Centre infrastructure, offering a wide range of flexibility and variations through the use of precision-controlled VMCs from Okuma, Hartford, SNK & N Correa. It also houses an 800 Tonnes tryout press, dedicated spotting press, fitting and finishing shop, and an inspection facility.
