Reliable aims to achieve business excellence by integrating all business processes with the best ERP systems and collaborative tools. In order to be efficient and effective in our operations, these systems have been deployed at all our plants.

SAP
We were one of the first adopters of SAP among Indian MSMEs in 2005. SAP is the most widely used ERP system due to its versatility and reliability. Robust ERP systems like SAP integrate all the manufacturing locations in India, making our plants more efficient
QEHS Portal
Having adopted TPM & 5S as part of our manufacturing excellence initiative, we have developed a portal for four pillars of TPM - Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety. This portal helps us track the progress and improvement of QEHS parameters across all our manufacturing Plants.
TPM & 5S
We have adopted Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & 5S as part of our operational excellence initiative. TPM & 5S helps us improve our efficiency and productivity and enables us to maintain and enhance the integrity of production and systems quality.
MS Office 365
Microsoft Office is one of the most widely used and secure collaborative productivity tools worldwide. It enables us to create, collaborate and communicate seamlessly, making the organizational processes more effective.

ISO 14001:2015
The ISO 14001:2015 certification emphasizes our robust environmental management system (EMS).
ISO 45001:2018
The ISO 45001:2018 certification emphasizes our commitment towards best practices in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).
IATF 16949:2016
The IATF 16949 certification emphasizes our effective and process-oriented quality management system (QMS) that provides for continual improvement, defect prevention, and reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. The goal is to meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively.
ISO 9001:2015
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a globally recognized standard that emphasizes our commitment to a Quality Management System (QMS) or demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
ISO 3834-2
The ISO 3834-2 certification sets the quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials both in workshops and at field installation sites and determines the quality assurance principles of the welded products.
EN 15085-2
The EN 15085-2 certification is evidence that our operations meet the railway industry’s international standard for consistency and high quality in fusion welding of materials in rolling stock and components manufacturing.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.
