Our plants are equipped with low & high tonnage presses, robotic welding machines and SPMs for critical operations. We have also developed and established a robust supplier base for allied processes such as laser cutting, CED Coating (approved by our Global Customers) and electro-plating.
We have indigenously developed unique quick adjustable toolings to manufacture multiple parts on the same robotic machine for better utilization & optimization.
We ensure product reliability by deploying the latest technologies such as ultrasonic weld testing, salt spray testing, quality management systems, and 3-axis CMM labs.
